What started as a hobby — filming dance videos of a best friend, editing music videos for another — quickly turned into something bigger. In 2018, Zay picked up a camera for the first time and never looked back. What began with an iPhone soon evolved into Zay D Productions — his first business, his first real leap, and the spark that unlocked everything else.

Zay poured himself into every kind of project: weddings, real estate, newborn photos, sports — learning as he went, pushing creative boundaries, and falling in love with the process. As the work grew, so did the vision. He launched Team Creationz to serve schools and youth sports teams more intentionally, and today, he’s building something even bigger.

Now, under the Vision&Co umbrella, Zay is focused on scaling not just a business, but a movement — where creativity, connection, and culture collide. With new offerings like OpenMic and The Studio, his goal is to build a self-sustaining creative company powered by visionaries who believe in storytelling, purpose, and people.

A proud Austin native and completely self-taught, Zay brings authenticity, energy, and heart into everything he creates. He’s a car enthusiast, a family man, and a builder at heart — driven by the smiles on clients’ faces and the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident and celebrated in front of the camera.
