No payment or decisions are needed on photo day.

Your athlete will be photographed during their scheduled team time.
2. Get Gallery Access
Text the gallery code to 90738 to receive a link as soon as photos are ready.

3. Order Online
View your athlete’s photos first, then choose prints or digitals, and custom specialty items.
Please Note: When galleries go live, you’ll receive an automated text message with your gallery link.

Some keepsakes require custom design and bulk production to ensure the best quality and value for families. This requires a separate ordering site from the Online PhotoDay Gallery.

Group Order Window
To keep pricing lower and delivery on schedule, specialty items are produced in bulk.
Group order window:
Group ordering opens when the gallery goes live and will remain open for 10 business days (Mon–Fri). Ordering after that may not be guaranteed in the bulk production run.
Prints and digital images are still ordered directly through the PhotoDay Gallery Site.
Important to know:
✔ You’ll get to see your athlete’s photos before placing any specialty order
✔ One group order helps reduce shipping delays and costs
✔ Late orders cannot be guaranteed once production begins

The only ordering you can do, if you’d like, is order custom specialty items from the Team Creationz Shop.

You can still access the gallery later, but texting the code ensures you receive the gallery link instantly when it goes live. Please text the code now or when you arrive on photo day.

Sibling photos are not guaranteed during league photo day due to schedule timing.
We do always try our best and have not missed a sibling photo opportunity yet!

Photo prints and digital downloads are ordered through your online gallery (PhotoDay), where you view your athlete’s photos first.
Specialty items like banners, trader cards, and personalized t-shirts are ordered separately through our specialty shop during the group order window to ensure better quality, pricing, and delivery timing.

Galleries typically go live within 2-3 weeks. You’ll receive a text when yours is ready.

PhotoDay galleries stay open for 30 days after they go live for ordering. After the 30 days, prices may increase for photos.
